This a deck that aims to win by casting Guilty Conscience on Stuffy Doll and creating an infinite damage loop. Brash Taunter works as just a straight up better Stuffy Doll (It can target all opponents at once) and if these two get eliminated the deck also has a "Build your own Stuffy Doll" thing going on with cards like Boros Reckoner and things that give indestructibility. Flickerform is there specifically to retarget Stuffy Doll to someone else once you kill the person it is attached to..

A lot of the combo pieces are auras, so a card like Three Wishes, which tutors for 3 of them, does some great work here. Retether can also be very good, if your aura combo components are in the graveyard. The combo needs some initial damage to go off, so that's why previously unremarkable card Tilonalli's Crown can be very good. If you Retether all you auras into a Stuffy Doll like creature, Tilonalli's Crown is the spark that will ignite your combo gunpowder.

Pramikon also helps to slow the game down while you look for your silly combo. Being in Jeskai also gives you access to card draw and flexible answers.

If I had to describe how it feels to play this deck, it's like bringing an unassembled revolver to a fight. It will, on occasion, only shoot once before it jams and you need to assemble it again. It is very rewarding to win with it though. One of my favorites to play.
