Encampment Keeper Discussion

Vraska's Contempt is a must. Instant, so you can react to opponent movements; can target Planeswalkers, not many cards can do that in the enviroment right now.
Black/White mana, has not a solid base right now. I would include Isolated Chapel, and change Hierophant's Chalice with Chromatic Lantern. Your deck does not have a lot of double color spells, so this will be only relevant if you find yourself having problem with fixing the mana.
If your plan is to shift to Vampires Legion Lieutenant, Legion's Landing, Champion of Dusk and Radiant Destiny should be right choices. Adding Vanquisher's Banner is for late, and with no mana acceleration could be a little heavy, but the card draw power is quite good in a tribal deck. Blood Operative is good against the new mechanic Jump-start, but you need more cards with surveil for it to work. Twilight Prophet and Sanctum Seeker are pretty strong too. I feel as you have little removal, Cast Down and Price of Fame are both pretty solid, the later being specially good in a format with a constant legendary treat.
Consider taking outYargle, Glutton of Urborg 5 manas, no vampire, no tramble or other evasion. Arvad the Cursed You don't have a lot of legendary creatures, 5 manas for a 3/3 with no evasion, you can find better things.Encampment Keeper and Walking Corpse must go if you want to take the tribal approach. I would changeCobbled Wings for Captain's Hook, it can do a lot of damage, and is pretty good in creatures with lifelink. Queen's Commission might be nice too.
Good Luck. P.S.:Sorry for my bad english.

I'd suggest removing:- 2x Anointed Deacon: cost is too high for what it does - 1x Blight Keeper: ability cost is too high for standard - 4x Encampment Keeper: again, too high - 1x Lurking Chupacabra: not enough exploring for it to benefit - 1x Queen's Bay Soldier: much better creatures you could get for 2 drop - 1x Boneyard Parley: CMC too high, effect not that great - 1x Spreading Rot: land destruction isn't necessary - 1x Cobbled Wings: won't need this with vampires - 2x Dusk Legion Dreadnought: 5 drop vigilance, does nothing else - 2x Prying Blade: won't need the mana - 1x Raiders' Wake: will be taken out too quickly to be useful
So, this leaves you with 15 open spots. I'm assuming you want to stay in the XLN block? For additions, I'd suggest looking at cards like Adanto Vanguard, Bishop's Soldier, Gifted Aetherborn (not XLN but a great card), Sanctum Seeker, Vicious Conquistador, Yahenni, Undying Partisan, Bloodcrazed Paladin and Duskborne Skymarcher.
There are a lot of options for your deck, especially if you're not staying in XLN specifically. Try some of the ones I listed above and see how it runs for you. You may be able to remove 1-2 lands after working on your creatures, which are very heavy. Aim for closer to 20. As a general rule of thumb for Standard, 5 CMC is high for any card, so keep that in mind when picking out cards. You can have one or two around 5 CMC but they have to be worth it.
Hope this helps!

This deck reminds me of some of my early decks - I wanted to play all my good cards, regardless of how big my deck was. If you are playing this deck casually with friends, then that's fine. But this deck probably shouldn't have the "competitive" tag.
Looking through your description, you almost have two entire decks in your build - a WB tokens, and a GB -1/-1 counters. However, I think there is potential with what you are trying to do with Anointed Procession + Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons + Nest of Scarabs .
Focusing on the -1/-1 counters, then tokens, let's go through some of your creatures. Channeler Initiate will give you a better interaction with your combo; I recommend swapping out Rishkar, Peema Renegade for the Initiates. You currently have 11 creatures with converted casting cost of 5 or more; Decimator Beetle supports the -1/-1 strategy, and the other three all support a "go wide" strategy by pumping all your tokens. For a start, I would drop the 2x Bellowing Aegisaur, then probably go down to only 3 each of the Angel and the Beetle. Encampment Keeper is a NO in my opinion. Sacred Cat gives you an early game one-drop, gains you one or two life, then comes back double later once you have your Anointed Procession.
For your non-creatures, drop Shed Weakness, Dowsing Dagger Flip, and Engineered Might. Appeal and Driven are very good choices in your deck. Grind seems like a nice choice that supports the -1/-1 strategy very well. Liliana may just be getting greedy; she can probably go. Growing Rites of Itlimoc Flip doesn't really have a big payoff for all the mana it will produce; it's kind of a "win more" card in here. Also, Oath of Ajani supports the "go wide" strategy, but it doesn't work well with the main combo, so I would drop it too.

I suggest playing Mavren Fein, Dusk Apostle. It's just... amazing, especially since your deck wants to be attacking with it's vampires every turn.
Speaking of the fast action of your deck, there's two cards in here that are outliers on your curve: Encampment Keeper and Blight Keeper. Your deck is not the kind that ever wants to get up to eight mana, so you're never gonna use the activated ability. Their stats are horrible for their cost, and they aren't even Vampires. Swap those out to run more vampires; I suggest running an extra two copies of Bishop's Soldier and two Mavren Fein, Dusk Apostle.
Looks real good in general.

Hey there! Cool deck you have here! I have a few suggestions for you:
- First of all, I would run a lot fewer 1- and 2-ofs, and a lot more 3- and 4-ofs. It lets you only play your best cards, as well as drastically increasing your consistency. Cards like Mavren Fein, Dusk Apostle and Inspiring Cleric should probably be 4-ofs, while I would cut cards like Encampment Keeper and Cobbled Wings entirely
- If you're looking for some other good cards to run, I would consider Sanctum Seeker, Bishop of Rebirth, Deathless Ancient, and/or Glorifier of Dusk.
- Finally, I would recommend some number of dual-lands; anything from Evolving Wilds to Forsaken Sanctuary to Unclaimed Territory to Concealed Courtyard.
In any case, awesome deck!
