The Goblin Test Pilot is a good idea, but I can't put the Tar Pitcher nor either or the altars. I don't have space for them, and I already have plenty of draw from my Squee's Revenge. But thanks for the comment and the ideas!

Add Squee for getting back some stuff from the removal, add Goblin Test Pilot for more flipping, and add Tar Pitcher or some other sac outlet when your things die. I would suggest looking for a sac outlet that gives you draw, or one that gives you mana. Phyrexian Altar or Ashnod's Altar

Thanks for the advice!! I will definitely be getting Obelisk of Urd, Relentless Assault, Chancellor of the Forge, and Fury of the Horde. Also Tarfire and Tar Pitcher should be in here for sure!
Any suggestions as to what I should get rid of? I'm thinking some of the more useless little shits Frenzied Goblin, Raging Goblin, and Mogg War Marshal Maybe get rid of Arc Lightning and Downhill Charge too.
I would love to get Warren Instigator, Eldrazi Monument, and Gauntlet of Might ,but they are all a little out of budget right now. Especially Gauntlet of Might haha
Also is there any sort of Goblin Harbinger cards like there are for some of those Lorwyn tribes? (Treefolk, Elementals, Elves, etc.)

That Tarfire in your maybeboard comes from a certain card. Ever heard of Tar Pitcher? That's right, your few useless goblins can be converted into fuel for the flame. Get yourself an equipment or an enchantment that untaps something when it deals damage and your set.

I don't want my Mad Auntie, Goblin Warchief, Frogtosser Banneret, Krenko, Mob Boss, etc (the "Lords") necessarily attacking every round so Goblin Assault and Goblin Rabblemaster are right out. I considered them but I think they're better (great, even) for mono-red and 60-card decks. Especially with Ib Halfheart! I like the goblin token generating sorceries and instants but I feel like there isn't room for them without sacrificing utility. EVERY goblin-token-generating instant and sorcery (literally) was in the beta version of the deck. That's where the Avalanche idea (from the deck name) came from. Marsh Flitter, Chancellor of the Forge, and Weirding Shaman were originally in (or considered) too but I felt they had to be cut for space reasons. The Weirding Shaman seems way too expensive for his ability.
Tutoring out Krenko and using Boggart Mob have been extremely good so far in my playtesting. That said, the biggest magic expert in my group of friends said I should pursue more token wankery but I just don't know what's worth cutting. A creature or two perhaps since I have so many good tutors but it's starting to get harder and harder to cut creatures. I still have five or so creatures I absolutely have to buy and somehow squeeze in.
I thought a lot about Ib Halfheart but he's on the backburner. Seems good since I can get goblins out of the graveyard relatively easy and throw my tokens away willy-nilly. I would definitely like to buy him and experiment with his ability. I wonder if there are any red and /or black cards that allow one to alter the blocking order of my opponent... I know there's a bunch in white.
Patron of the Akki is one I glanced over but now that I've reread it and played my deck I think it might actually be useful. I wish it had flying!! What the hell kind of spirit wouldn't?! I have so many good goblins though, plus all the goblin-only effects, so it's hard to add non-goblins. Goblin General is not so hawt since I have to attack with him and he'd be a target. Goblin Assassin is in my pseudo-sideboard--the force-sac ability would be useful against much of what I've been going up against lately (and, ideally, I'll have bodies to spare for saccing).
I was originally thinking that running some sort of Goblin Spy + Skirk Drill Sergeant combo would be fun but I didn't think there was room when it came down to crunch-time. Perhaps in a mono-red goblin deck. I haven't seen Earthblighter before. I have a Shivan Harvest in. Perhaps doubling up wouldn't be so bad. Slowing down my opponent has definitely won me games already.
Tar Pitcher is butt. I have a balla' Goblin Sharpshooter in and I have a Goblin Fireslinger in my red-card collection (a.k.a ZipLoc freezer bag).
Koskun Falls is awesome! Goblinslide is one I am considering re-inserting and will consider more now. Lowland Oaf was one I poo-poo'd early but now that I'm having flier problems he might be a good remedy...
Homura, Human Ascendant is a brilliant suggestion. Consider it purchased!!

Nice deck! If you're still looking for protection from flying, Homura, Human Ascendant could be nice, you seem to have lots of ways in your deck to destroy his mortal form and let him ascend.
Other possibly useful cards:
Token production: Chancellor of the Forge, Goblin Assault, Goblin Rabblemaster, Weirding Shaman, Goblinslide, Skirk Ridge Exhumer, and Marsh Flitter.
Goblin utility and anthems: Ib Halfheart, Goblin Tactician, Patron of the Akki, Earthblighter, Tar Pitcher, Skirk Drill Sergeant, Goblin Assassin, Goblin General, and Lowland Oaf.

+1 from my side! Always got love for old school tribal decks (feel free to check out my Ezuri - Regenerating Leader deck).
As for the cards, i'm not convinced of these yet:
- Frenzied Goblin & Goblin Heelcutter - Idk what you plan on doing with them. As you'd normally swing with your rather unimportant Weenies i don't think you really need them.
- Goblin Dark-Dwellers - Sure, it has targets (11 to be exact, of them Reverberate & Vandalblast don't synergize well) but i think it's too narrow. Not only would you need one of them in your graveyard, you'd still have to pay . Strong card, but not made for this deck.
- Goblin Lackey - Has to connect to do anything and if you don't have him in your hand early in the game that won't happen.
- Goblin Rabblemaster & Goblin Assault - forcing important Lords like Goblin Chieftain & Goblin Warchief to attack for the sake of one more Goblin each turn and another fat Goblin doesn't sound like a must-do deal to me.
- Skirk Drill Sergeant - Your creature count is a little low to make him really great. This way 3/4 times you'd mill yourself and even spend mana on it.
- Spikeshot Elder - Too expensive ability for my taste.
- Bonesplitter, Loxodon Warhammer, Silverskin Armor & Hall of Triumph - Instead of an Equipment "subtheme" i'd simply run more Goblins.
- Dragon Fodder, Empty the Warrens, Goblin Rally, Hordeling Outburst, Krenko's Command - Sure, these accelerate Krenko, Mob Boss, but that's about it. Something like Rings of Brighthearth or Illusionist's Bracers does a better job at that and can be used with other stuff as well.
Some more suggestions:
- Arms Dealer, Lightning Crafter & Tar Pitcher - Better than burn spells in this deck.
- Beetleback Chief, Siege-Gang Commander & Chancellor of the Forge - Moar Goblinz!
- Moggcatcher, Goblin Ringleader & Brass Herald - Fetch some Goblins.
- Goblin Recruiter - If you drop him with something like 5-6 mana available you'll draw 100% value for as long as you want.
- Gempalm Incinerator
- Goblin Chirurgeon - Will make your opponents cringe!
- Goblin King
- Goblin Wizard
- Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker - The possibilites are endless.
- Legion Loyalist
- Aggravated Assault & Thousand-Year Elixir - Insanely brutal with Krenko!
- Caged Sun
- Coat of Arms
- In the Web of War
- Obelisk of Urd
- Purphoros, God of the Forge
- Quest for the Goblin Lord
- Shared Animosity
- Warstorm Surge
In general up your creature count and reconsider everything that's not a goblin, if you really need it. You got a great basis, with a few adjustments and investment over time this could turn out really nasty.
