I think Dusk Legion Sergeant and Skirk Drill Sergeant would make fine additions to your military. Not sure if Aven Brigadier or Alistair, the Brigadier count though since the US military has the rank of Brigadier General; I'm not sure if it meets your criteria. Although Brigadier itself is a rank in the British army, so maybe? I'll leave it up to your discretion if these two are qualified enough to serve.

More persist creatures, more Ashnod's Altar. Aerie Ouphes is notable for being its own sac outlet.

Skirk Drill Sergeant and some of the older goblins are interesting payoffs for the combo/sac outlets, but that 'goblins only' clause means you can't dip into different persist creatures.

There are some undying combos out there IIRC that looked similar, and I'd even consider some of the Presence of Gond combos due to pieces shared between the strategies.

me2tal : Goblin Recruiter is banned in tiny leaders. I already have Mogg War Marshal in my maybeboard so I'm planning to add it. Herald’s Horn seems like a nice thing, never seen it before, definitely going to add it.Skirk Drill Sergeant is also something to consider.
Also I think Goblin Bombardment performs better than Boggart Shenanigans.

For final touches on the optimization, I was thinking of adding Reckless Bushwhacker, Skirk Drill Sergeant, Goblin Tinkerer, arguing Blasphemous Act, Outpost Siege and Hanweir Battlements.

Thoughts and what to cut for any of the 7? Thanks for all the help,btw. I'm trying to fill out the t3 list.

A lot of the Goblins based cards have hilarious flavor texts. 2 examples would be Skirk Drill Sergeant and Goblin Assault. It's little wonder that they're my go-to tribe these days.
