Thank you for the feedback
I have tried Pummeler, but I am not a big fan. In this build I am trying to go wider, rather than rely on one big hit. I am on the fence about Advocate, but I think he might be stronger now with the recent bannings in standard. I am going to try him out, and see what happens.
Thanks for the advice and have a good day.

Oh I know that I just didn't see the mechanized productions in the board first time I looked at this deck.
In my opinion you run a little low on creatures. Maybe try Erdwal Illuminator?
Also, maybe Fleeting Memories for an alternate wincon as you sac your more than 8 clues to dig for the production?
Also, how about Tamiyo's Journal?

Lightning Runner could potentially be good in here. Check out my deck for some help.

Then Lathnu Hellion would be the card for you. Maybe replace the hydra with it if you want fast games.

Check out my deck for some cards that could be useful to you. For example, Verdurous Gearhulk.

I agree with the Intervention. It is cheap an provides a sure way to keep your creatures on the board.
I agree with Graveblade that the Tireless Tracker is too slow. As he said, cracking clues can help with draw, but it is too slow and you can use the mana for buff spells for swinging or to play another creature. I agree with the Lathnu Hellion suggestion, as it is a powerful turn 3 drop, that has a much bigger effect on the board state versus a 3/2 that sits there for at least one turn and provides minimal draw. Also, Arlinn Kord Flip might be better for an aggro deck that Chandra, since she provides the necessary buffs to your creatures and more creatures to swing with.
Check out my deck.

What is your wincon? How do you plan on winning in a match? I am not trying to be mean, I am just curious since all I see you investigating for is more clues.

I would think so. At this point, your Paradox Engine deck is not a typical engine combo deck, it is more of utilizing the rite and engine to create an amazing board state. When I say not a typical engine combo, I am referring to something like my shitty deck. I think dropping one rite for a Rashmi would be beneficial since your titans you want to cast. You still have a really good combo with the engine and the rite, but it is more for getting out your big creatures to impact the board state and win. My deck is about drawing and burning, as I don't play big things and just go for getting up the combo.

And at this point, through the many change you have made, you truly deserve the up vote that I had forgotten to click. (:

The Aether Hub is one use only, so using it for the Herald is going to allow to to cast it and use it's ability once, max. If you replace Herald with Rashmi, you can cast Ulamog and cascade into Kozilek, filling your hand and dropping a 12/12 menace with a counter spell on a stick for free. I run Rashmi in my EDH deck and it has done wonders for dropping my beefcakes onto the battlefield. With Rashmi, it gets cast, so your eldrazi titans are getting their full worth.

You still need black for the Herald's ability. And you don't have a good source of generating energy to keep using Aether Hub. Maybe think of replacing the Herald with Rashmi, Eternities Crafter to help get out your fatties.
