Vivi Ornitier is the spiritual successor to my previous Izzet deck, {{Niv-Mizzet}} which was helmed by Niv-Mizzet,Parun. Much of the main goals of the decks being the same, to needle opponents with Vivi's non-creature spells triggers. Harmonic Prodigy and Veyran, Voice of Duality help double the triggers of Vivi and a supporting cast of creatures in his war crimes. These include Archmage Emeritus to help keep our hands steady with wheel cards, Storm-Kiln Artist with treasure tokens to cast those spells, and Tellah, Great Sage to churn out Hero tokens to fend off aggro ankle-biters.
