Any tips to make this deck work with more synergy would be much appreciated, or anyway to make it just overall a more cohesive deck. whether its totally getting rid of a card or moving it to the sideboard in order to replace it with something else i dont mind, all advice helps, thanks.

This was the first Commander deck i ever built, its been changed, tweaked and altered since its first iteration so its pretty different from the base Meren deck, but i love it all the same.

Basic premise of the deck is to bring out smaller creatures, sac over and again till i get bigger stuff from the graveyard for free. Triggers on death and entering the battlefield are a big theme and alternate ways to sac too. i want to eventually get mikaeus, the unhallowed, spore frog and deathrite shaman in. i've got a ladder of creatures all the way up to a cmc 12 'it that betrays' so that birthing pod has somewhere to climb, i am however looking for a better cmc 9 creature, im thinking i may swap in void winnower but, any suggestions are welcome.
