This is the first deck of my collection of Budget EDH decks!
Strategy: Win. (Well duh...)
Okay but really, if we look at our commander here, Vhati il-Dal , we see he has this cool little ability to absolutely wreck any creature over by making it's power or toughness 1. Now while reducing a creatures power could help sometimes, were focusing on the other side, the toughness. We want to abuse Vhati's ability to make other creature's toughness 1 and use a bunch of fun cards to deal 1 damage of place a -1/-1 counter on that creature.
Sound simple? Cuz it is!
Now I know what your thinking... That total price near the bottom and to the right doesn't say $20. I don't really trust that thing. You can build this deck for only $20 if you take into account what you already have or trading.
Also, give me a break! It's hard enough to build a good commander deck as is, YOU try building one that works for ONLY $20!!
