Needs a focus.

My brother's EDH deck, it is a slightly tweaked precon deck that still could use some help. it plays like a wasp at hte table. Generally disrupting other players and taking their stuff and hitting them with it. The deck needs a bit more focus because the Niv-Mizzet draw cards and ping package is also inside. I don't know which direction to take this deck.

Update: With the release of Guilds of Ravnica I have finally decided to go with the card draw combo variant of the deck and removed the 'Act of Treason' type effects entirely. I plan on purchasing Niv-Mizzet, Parun to replace Mizzix as the main commander.
