So I am really a modern player and this is my first attempt at a EDH deck, the goal of the deck is really to just be fun to play in a group setting when I'm goofing around with my friends. I would love some input on the list and the General strategy of using Zur the Enchanter.

In the early game my plan is to use cards like Ghostly Prison, Propaganda or Imposing Sovereign to set up a soft shield to keep myself in the game and then to later pump a hexproof creature like Invisible Stalker

The other option is to give Zur shroud with Robe of Mirrors or Diplomatic Immunity and then pump him to kill off your opponents one at a time.

I picked this list because as a modern player I hate inconstancy and the fact that zur lets me essentially toolbox my deck to do whatever I want is extremely appealing, it also allows me to set up some really fun and interactive board states that should lead to an entertaining game!!

This is my first attempt at an EDH deck so I would really like some help in tuning it to be functional, especially the mana base, I'm a little worried about getting mana screwed as we really need to hit all 3 colors relatively fast. This deck is also extremely budget (I'm in college so I'm very broke....)
