The little goblin whose dreams came true when he turned into a GIANT ROBOT. He now fights for the freedom of all who deserve it! His fists pound the evil to nothing, and his deep voice inspires all who hear it.

"CHAAAAANGE GOOOLEEEEM!"

The idea of this deck is to use and abuse Tuktuk the Explorer and his Returned form by making it cheap to constantly recur; Mimic Vat and Feldon of the Third Path are the most efficient; Sword of Light and Shadow allows an equipped creature to recur a dead TukTuk; and Urza's Incubator, Ruby Medallion and Goblin Warchief just make him cheaper to cast from either the Command Zone or from hand after using Command Beacon. You now have an endless supply of 1/1s that leave behind big old 5/5 artifact critters, and this has tasty implications.

"Giving my life so someone else can live? THAT'S JUST HOW I DO THINGS!"

For lots of value (and as a contingency plan to make sure your opponents don't destroy your Vat and leave your Commander in exile for the rest of the game) there are many many sacrifice outlets, such as Ashnod's Altar and Trading Post.

"But I'm not alone, am I? I've never been alone! I'VE GOT MY FRIENDS!"

There's also a nice little Tribal subtheme going on. Goblins is one of the strongest tribes in the game, and their main goal here is to improve the Tuktuk the Returned - making him cheaper (as mentioned above), and giving him better stats.

"ROOOOOCKEEEEET... PUUUUUUUUUNCH!"

Now we get to the good bit - any giant robot's pride and joy. Special Weapons. First there are Tuktuk's Dynamic Entries - Warstorm Surge and Where Ancients Tread . He never forgets his trusty sword, Hero's Blade. When the time's right, he'll unleash his fury on the evildoers with Fall of the Hammer , Soul's Fire and Crater's Claws . Then, if it should come to it and he's finally defeated, you can respond by having him take a few with him by way of Shrapnel Blast , Fling and Collateral Damage .

"A true hero will never die! He'll live on in the hearts of all those who need him, and then, when the time is right, he'll come back! That's a promise!"
