Commander deck built around Kaza, Roil Chaser.

Game Plan: Flood the board with cheap, utility focused wizards, and then find ways to untap Kaza so you can abuse her ability and win by casting some giant instants and sorceries. This isn't just a regular spellslinger deck - this is massive spellslinger. Think less Mizzix and more Jodah or Golos. This deck is built around a rough $50-$60 budget, so while suggestions are very welcome please keep that budget in mind.
