Relatively budget Gruul x-spells deck (trying to keep cost as low as possible, don't mind if it's weaker). Early ramp, late game ramp, big mana, into big X-spells. I have a preference for any cards that aren't just big hydras or +1/+1 counters. So I've gone the spell slinger and spell copy route. This is my first real deck that I'm putting together myself so I probably need a bit of advice on cards to make it a more well rounded deck.
