Intro

This is a semi competitive commander deck with Arcanis the Omnipotent as the commander. I saw Arcanis in a commander tier list and it listed him as C Class, (Out of S, A, B, C, and D) and I thought he had a lot more potential than that, so I made a deck based around him, and this is the result. The main strategy for this deck is to ramp and get Arcanis out as fast as possible to start drawing cards. You get an enchantment that untaps him, use artifacts to get lots of mana, and win with one of the win conditions.

Ramp

Every deck needs it.
Basalt Monolith , Grim Monolith , Mana Vault :Easy mana acceleration, once you use it once you will be able to untap it for free with other artifacts.
Candelabra of Tawnos : Kinda ramp, but it's mostly used as a colorless to blue mana filter.
Chrome Mox , Mox Opal , Lotus Petal , Mana Crypt :Free mana, what more can I say?
The rest are pretty self explanatory.
Mind Stone and Commander's Sphere let you draw a card if you need to.
Coalition Relic and Eye of Ramos let you get multiple blue mana for Arcanis.
Doubling Cube is one of the most broken cards in this deck and can get you insane amounts of mana.

Cost-Reducing

This lets us play artifacts for free, which is usefull for a lot of reasons that I'm sure you can figure out.
Cloud Key : Choose Artifact.
Helm of Awakening : It's super cheap, but gives your opponent an advantage as well.
Semblance Anvil : Exile an artifact you don't need, and it's a great cost-reducer.
Etherium Sculptor , Foundry Inspector , Jhoira's Familiar : All reduce artifact costs and put a small presence on the board if you need chum blockers.

Untapping

Once we have all this mana, what do we do with it?
Cerulean Wisps : Gets you 4 cards when used with Arcanis.
Chain Stasis : If you have tons of mana but just can't find an enchantment that works, use this card, selecting Arcanis and paying each time you want to untap him.
Dramatic Reversal : Untaps Arcanis and refreshes your artifacts.
Freed from the Real : Basically lets you play Ancestral Recall as many times as you want. Immobilizing Ink : Has a bit more trade-offs than the other cards, but you will have plenty of mana to untap him and you'll have more than enough cards.
Pemmin's Aura : A fancier Freed from the Real.
Mind Over Matter : Infinite card draw.
Isochron Scepter : Combo with Dramatic Reversal and any rock that taps for 3 or more mana for infinite mana. Unwinding Clock : Refreshes artifacts on your opponents turn.
Voltaic Key : Can accelerate your mana super fast, untaps artifacts that ordinarily don't.
Mirran Spy : A lesser Paradox Engine.
Voltiac Servant: A lesser Unwinding Clock.

Wincons

Laboratory Maniac : Draw all the cards in your deck, play him and win.
Goblin Cannon , Walking Ballista : Get 240 mana, kill everyone.
Whetstone : Get 450 mana, mill everyone.
Whetwheel : Get 600 mana, mill everyone.

Miscellaneous

Counterspell , Flusterstorm , Force of Will , Mana Drain , Negate , Pact of Negation : Cheap counterspells for wincons.
Gitaxian Probe :Free card, essentially reduces deck to 99 cards.
Merchant Scroll , Transmute Artifact : Tutor for whatever you need.
Sculpting Steel , Phyrexian Metamorph : Create copies of artifacts. (I usually copy Doubling Cube)
Spellbook , Thought Vessel , Graceful Adept : No maximum hand size, additionally Spellbook is free and can be used as a trigger for Mirran Spy or Paradox Engine.
