An updated version of the "Timey-Wimey" Doctor Who deck adding a few cards from the other decks. Currently still focusing on using Time counters with suspend and vanishing since Rose Tyler can get some impressive commander damage going. The side board consists of cards the are being considered if I want to go towards the Gallifrey Stands win condition and include all of the Doctors wich would use The Fourteenth Doctor as commander. The maybeboard is mostly just cards that fit the Doctor Who theme but were cut since they don't fit the Time counter strategy as well.
