I built this deck because I felt obligated to after opening a booster with the foil alt art Illuna. I decided to just try and jam together as many "play stuff for free" cards as I could. The name is a reference to the old Jigglypuff Pokemon deck.

The reason for the variety of land arts, is because this is the actual deck I have built, and I wanted the list to be accurate for pricing reasons.
