Minsc & Boo, Timeless Heroes
Legendary Planeswalker — Minsc
When this enters and at the beginning of your upkeep, you may create Boo, a legendary 1/1 red Hamster creature token with trample and haste.
+1: Put three +1/+1 counters on up to one target creature with trample or haste.
-2: Sacrifice a creature. When you do, this deals X damage to any target (creature, player, planeswalker or battle), where X is that creature's power. If the sacrificed creature was a Hamster, draw X cards.
This can be your commander.

Minsc & Boo, Timeless Heroes do not show up in playtest v1 in a deck I made. Tried both versions, deleting image cache...etc

Cube somehow got over 450. Strangleroot Geist was the last card. Still need to fit it in. And it's hamster time.

Well the last salty situation I was in was playing someone's Minsc & Boo, Timeless Heroes deck against them. They had a Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm deck popping off & Terror of the Peaks to boot - those megathreats all got returned to hand by someone else (with onboard haste). Instead of using the draw function I just aggro killed him somewhat early with the hamster... It is funny, sometimes I just acknowledge someone with a "yep"/"killing you is still the plan" & when I just acknowledge, then move on they will almost start to talk themselves into a really convincing argument for why player elimination was the right move. Often enough I get the "I had X & Y waiting in hand" & I just go: "you are not making me feel worse about making sure that didn't happen" :) It is just kindof funny how 80% of these individuals just want to vent some sort of closure & when they've said their piece, usually, you can let their own words sink in. This is an outlier situation as well, I usually just use equal Machiavellian strategy without cutting any deals & usually without needing to offer much rationale & typically it is just an accepted thing.

I think they are getting to be pretty 'meh'. Wizards seem to have learned the lesson from Oko that making them really powerful can be a big mistake. There are some interesting designs still, but they are far less impactful compared to what they used to be. Personally I have a Dihada, Binder of Wills deck and I enjoy the interplay between her +2 and -3 abilities, but it takes a deck built around using that which I think is good. Generically good planeswalkers aren't great for the game usually. I also really like the design of Tasha, the Witch Queen and Minsc & Boo, Timeless Heroes as well.
I don't think planeswalkers are necessarily a problem in the formats I play (commander and limited) but I don't think it would be super healthy to give them a bunch of new tools either. I'm slightly concerned that the amount of proliferate in All Will Be One could end up being problematic.

Removed: Minsc & Boo, Timeless Heroes, Blades of Velis Vel, and Volatile Claws
Too gimmicky and hard to use, and we really needed to the following cards to make the deck that much more vicious!
Added: Mage Slayer, Rhythm of the Wild, and Stalking Vengeance
