keizerbuns looking at your list, I'm skeptical it can keep up at a modern power level:

  • Your deck has a LOT of 1-ofs, which is going to make it fairly inconsistent. They all appear to be legendries, so I will say that just because a card is legendary doesn't mean you only run one copy of it - if the card is crucial to your plan then you need to run enough copies to ensure you have good odds of drawing one (so, usually a playset). In any case, i would suggest not running anywhere near this many 1-ofs, especially as a first-draft of a deck that has no reliable way to fetch-up specific cards.

  • Your mana curve seems sloooow. This becomes specifically a bigger issue with your interaction, that all costs quite-high mana and either requires some prerequisites to be any good (Collision Course), or costs a big-chunk of mana but can't remove big threats (Unidentified Hovership, Razorgrass Ambush  Flip). I really think your deck either needs to be a LOT faster, or have a LOT more density of interaction, with this extra interaction not requiring as many hoops to jump through to be good.

  • You have no reliable way to ever get Parhelion II into play. The only card I see that is helpful towards this here is Kona, Rescue Beastie, but that is itself 4 mana (so very slow), and you're only running as a 1-of (so incredibly unreliable).

  • Your mana base looks too cute and messy. I would suggest simplifying it for better options and more reliable usefulness. Specifically I don't see Gavony Township, The Shire or Minas Tirith ever being anything except awkward and unhelpful. Temple of Plenty entering tapped is absolutely terrible. Okina, Temple to the Grandfathers and Eiganjo Castle are cute, but you're almost never going to use their abilities, and so basic lands are probably better to avoid auto-losing to Blood Moon effects. The deck really, really wants a playset of both Windswept Heath and a few Temple Garden to keep your mana consistent.

  • 14 vehicles is a LOT. But i'm more worried that most of them don't really do much... they all feel like bad-creatures that require a bunch of setup to actually do creature-things. I would suggest running less vehicles, but making those vehicles you do run feel properly impactive, so that they can actually win you the game.

  • The sideboard needs a LOT of work - it's not really giving you anything helpful at the moment.

  • I don't see how this deck ever competes against any combo deck... you have no way to disrupt these decks and are not nearly fast-enough to race them. Decks like Belcher, Storm, Goryo's, Tron, Prime Titan, Neobrand and Broodscale will all just enact their plans and not even glance at what your board-state is doing. Other fast-aggro decks like Boros Energy, Zoo, Affinity, and Prowess will basically do the same. I'd advise looking at the modern meta decks and working out what your plan is against each of these - your brew needs to have a decent chance of winning against at least half the top decks to feel relevant.

Overall the deck feels too unfocused, and lacking both speed and interaction. I would suggest trying to lower the mana curve, get in some good interactive pieces, and adding a bunch of much-needed focus to the deck in-terms of only keeping cards that help achieve your set goal.

A good place to start might be to check out an established list. In Pioneer both Azban Greasefang and Mardu Greasefang are established vehicle decks. Obviously Pioneer is a much weaker format than modern, but this should give you a good idea of what a decent vehicle deck looks like, and might help inspire your own brew (also, a lot of people onine have tried making modern-greasfang lists, so the deck seems to have a few gimmicky-paths towards being somewhat modern-viable)

Things you might want to look at switching out: Bleeding Effect, Sisay's Ring (this is an awful, awful card in a deck that has access to Green ramp IMHO), Worn Powerstone (this is a better card than Sisay's Ring, but not by very much), Candlekeep Sage, Tales of Master Seshiro, Inspiring Roar (this is a very bad card), Silverflame Ritual (see Roar), Lifecrafter's Gift (see Roar), Skyrider Elf, Ogre Sentry, Oakgnarl Warrior, and Abzan Kin-Guard.

Things you might consider to pulling (these are better cards, but there are often much better options): Font of Fortune (just play Night's Whisper please?), Leyline of Abundance (do you have enough mana dorks to justify this?), Omen of the Sea (see Font), Reality Twist (this card is maximum fun but probably does nothing in lots of situations, people are running less and less Basic lands), Basri's Solidarity (maybe play Metastatic Evangel?), arguably all of the 4 mana land ramp spells are kinda risky in here, I feel like you need more veggies like Rampant Growth and Sakura-Tribe Elder to help with early mana, Artifcer's Epiphany (please run Painful Truths over this), Tarkir Doomshaper, Maulfist Revolutionary, and Kin-Tree Warden.

I mentioned a few things worth looking at, but you also might like Najeela, the Blade-Blossom, she's probably the single best Warrior syngery piece. Najeela is VERY GOOD with Derevi, Empyrial Tactician, not sure if Derevi would be 'too good'. I'm sure you've heard of them both, but Karn's Bastion and Gavony Township are great in a counters list, as is good old Atraxa, Praetors' Voice. Finally, you could try Evolution Sage, it's good if you've got a few counters out already. It's in crazy-town, but if you end up using some Proliferate stuff and have lots of creature tokens you might like City of Shadows, I usually lose one or two creatures to it in order to get some decent ramp in a Selesnya deck.

I would look into more Proliferate if you find your deck is already pretty good at getting that first counter on your creatures, especially repeatable Proliferate stuff.

I guess my concern is that if your Commander isn't available (Oubliette and it's ilk can lock a Commander down, and even if you run x10 ways to blow up an enchantment you have to have one available at the right moment or you're not doing much) you lose access to your mana dorks. I think it wouldn't be much fun to get stuck without your Commander in a deck like this, but if you're not running into issues it's probably silly to change!

Just a thing I thought of since you mentioned a possible interest in wipes, I use Fell the Mighty, Tragic Arrogance, and Austere Command in White decks that are trying to wipe mostly (or only) the opponent's creatures. Green isn't great at wiping creatures, so you'll probably want to look at the White options. White has lots of wipes that can kill creatures with power over 3 (or 4), I wasn't sure if those would apply.

Since you like going fairly wide, here are a few anthems I play: Crescendo of War, Felidar Retreat, and if you can find a cheap copy maybe Gavony Township. If you're fairly patient Call for Unity can be impressive (mostly with Proliferate). Crescendo of War is a really weird card, but as long as you tend to have more creatures than other people it will usually be in your favor. It works well with Vigilance as well, since it will always buff your blockers (making you a very unappealing target compared to an unbluffed defender).

Have you considered some lands with token synergies, since you're packing the token doublers? I have a few more on my possible list, but I'm weary of sacrificing too many lands, or ones that ETB tapped.

  1. Drannith Ruins
  2. Field of the Dead
  3. Gavony Township
  4. Gingerbread Cabin
  5. Idyllic Grange
  6. Karn's Bastion
  7. Mage-Ring Network
  8. Mirrex
  9. Saltcrusted Steppe
  10. Vitu-Ghazi, the City-Tree
  11. Castle Ardenvale
  12. Springjack Pasture
  13. The Shire
  14. Urza's Factory

Hardened Scales and Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider are pretty dope for counter decks like this one!

Hamza, Guardian of Arashin can make your big creatures cheap, and Gavony Township is a decent mana-sink if you end up top-decking.

Kodama of the West Tree, Bramblewood Paragon, Gnarlid Colony, Trollbred Guardian, and Tuskguard Captain each give your creatures with counters on them trample (Kodama being the best one).

Abzan Falconer gives them flying instead.

Basri's Lieutenant is a fun card since it can repopulate your board after a board wipe and can block a lot of problematic creatures like multicolored commanders.
