Deckling -

I've been playing Magic: The Gathering since sometime in mid 2015 when my friend sat me down, busted out a pair of precon duel decks, and forced me to play this hyper nerdy looking card game his friend had just gotten him into. I was hesitant to give it a try, I thought it looked extremely boring, but I figured what the hell, I've got nothing else to do. It turned out to be a very fun (and very expensive) decision! I fell in love with this game instantly and I've been playing pretty steadily ever since!

My favourite format is Modern, however I really just play casual kitchen table. I just like to limit myself to Modern so I still have a wide card pool to choose from while keeping myself from building with the most busted cards Magic has to offer.

I do also occasionally dabble in Standard and EDH, albeit very rarely. I'm by no means a competitive or experienced deck builder, I just play for fun and I build whatever gimmick deck comes to mind that I think would shake things up and create mayhem when I play with my friends.

I hope you enjoy the decks I create as much as I enjoyed creating them!

Sorry for the super late reply, I meant to get back to everyone way sooner and then got busy and just forgot.

Thanks wallisface, FormOverFunction, and SaberTech for those suggestions! I don’t know why I didn’t think of using creatures with tap/untap abilities earlier, cause that makes way more sense than trying to find an obscure, one off card with a transforming payoff lol. I have a lot of cards to pour over now, I’m sure I can find something good!

I don’t have a decklist started yet, wallisface, but when I do have something going then I can throw up the decklist here for you to check out if you want.
