: Put a Plot counter on Deadly Designs. Any player may activate this ability.
When there are five or more plot counters on Deadly Designs, sacrifice it. If you do, destroy up to two target creatures.

I had nothing to do this morning in class, so here you go, too many card suggestions.
-Incarnation Technique, Creative Technique, and Excavation Technique all give you and a buddy a powerful effect. Of course, you’re getting the better end of the deal, but they can have cool stuff too.
-Benevolent Offering kind of goes along with that, too.
-Tempting Contract and Master of Ceremonies both give everyone good loot, but give you more.
-Flumph is great. It’ll trigger some of the effects in the section below when people attack you for a card, and it’ll make everyone your friend.
-Tenuous Truce is Flumph for two.
-Smuggler's Share is nice, since you’ll get just a little more out of giving everyone extra card draw.
-Jailbreak is excellent for only two mana and basically no money.
-Revenge of Ravens and Oath of Kaya both do the same thing, more or less. You can see why they’d be nice, especially with goad.
-Cunning Rhetoric and Mangara, the Diplomat both give you extra card draw for your opponents’ hubris.
-Sivriss, Nightmare Speaker gives you extra draw every turn. Like, three cards worth. That, or it’ll be a lightning bolt to the face for someone, so you win either way.
-Sword-Point Diplomacy is kind of the vibe I’m going for here.
-Emberwilde Captain is more goad and works with your pre-existing Monarch card.
-Leyline of Combustion is always pretty fun, along with all of the leylines. Just super annoying, is all.
-Magma Hellion and Lava-Field Overlord give you a big bad creature. That’s all, really. Not super scary, but they’re here.
-Bring Down, Gang Up, Deadly Designs, and Play of the Game are all good removal that other people can pay for and when there’s some big Emrakul threat on the board, people are usually pretty willing to spend to get rid of it.
-Mogg Assassin and Council's Judgment are both more removal, but less shaky ones. Just remember that Judgment can exile more than just one thing.
-Wake to Slaughter and Dredge the Mire are both resurrection spells and both very nice. Only problem is that an opponent has to pick for you. Just make sure that anyone willing to help will be given a high five and a 5/5 angel or something.

Here ya go:
"Killer Queen," by Queen Marchesa
She keeps her Bloodthirsty Blade next
To her pretty Gorgon's Head
"Let's go Brandon," because
Monarchs don't like presidents
A built-around archenemy
For Atraxa and Arcades
At any time
A combat phase you can't decline
Deathtouch and opulence
Well-versed in rhetoric
Upon her Throne of Empires
She's a killer Queen
Marchesa, Long may she reign
Matriarch in a Court of Grace
Manipulating table plays
All the time
Oooh, Parasitic Impetus
Curses and disturbances
Wanna bite?
To avoid assassination
She moved to the Temple of Silence
In confrontation
She relies on her Sleeper Agents
Met a man from Fiora
Just a general enforcer
Her scheming symmetries all
Lead to her Deadly Designs
Assassins sneak
Roguely through passages (hastily)
For cards she brings Monarch in
deflective but secretly nice?
She's a killer Queen
Marchesa, Long may she reign
Matriarch in a Court of Grace
Manipulating table plays
All the time
Drop of a crown she is always down
To send your ass back to hose-town
Them immediately after you pass
She is the one to tap that ass
And then cast hail... fire (then she attacks you)
She's a killer Queen
Marchesa, Long may she reign
Matriarch in a Court of Grace
Manipulating table plays
All the time

Epicurus on Wait, what type of counter?!

Really fun build, and deliciously quirky!
A few serious card suggestions:
And a few fun card suggestions:
Also, I think it would be fun to use lands with depletion counters like Hickory Woodlot, or storage counter artifacts like Blue Mana Battery.
Cheers!

Additionally, there are thirty-nine cards with "Any player may activate this ability." Gatherer link.
While most of those provide an equal boon for everyone, which might not be what you want, Deadly Designs allows multiple players to pay into the ability--but you're ultimately the one who gets to decide what creatures get destroyed, allowing you to reward players who paid into it. There are also a number of options that allow players to work together to take out larger threats, which would be in-line with what you are looking for.

DrkNinja, while I do reeaaalllyy agree with your card suggestions, I should have stated first that this is a budget deck. Hahahahaha. Sorry.
I just started magic a few weeks ago, and I have inherited from my brother his Trostani EDH deck, and as long as I keep to myself for the first few turns and stay alive, I automatically win, with huge creatures all over the field hitting 2-3 people in one turn and dealing lethal to them. But I wanna change that for a bit and try to create a deck of my own playstyle.
I agree that most of my cards don't really have much worth come mid or late game, but I find it fun trying to keep others from winning. I also checked your deck and I found really good stuff to consider bringing over here to mine.
Cards I'm considering:
Pillow Forts:
Counterspells:
Exile cards:
Enchantments:
Others:
*Cards I have in extra
Though some of your suggestions such as Curse of Opulence and Curse of Bloodletting are really good, I don't think it's legal for me to put it in an esper themed deck. Also, Curse of Shallow Graves doesn't really do much for me, I'd rather put in Curse of Disturbance , as I also get a zombie whenever that player is attacked. I know that it's weird, but I would try to minimize each opponent's gains from my enchantments too much. Incentivizing them to attack another player is good, but them getting 2/2 zombies who can hit me too, would be real bad.
Vedalken Orrery is reaallyyy good for this deck but it's priced up way too high for me. This is the first time I've heard of Forcefield , and no. I wouldn't be able to afford it, and if I could, I definitely wouldn't be downgrading everything else in this deck. Ahahahahahaha
Any suggestions as to which cards I could do without?

First let me start by saying that if your goal is to win, I think you are missing value... You have 8 cards that require voting and 3 cards that affect your ability to change votes... I think that of those only 4 or 5 cards are worth their weight. I like the concept of the deck, I even built a version of politics matters deck called Politically Motivated. which is themed after House of Cards but it's in Mardu colors. I think you'd be better off cutting the cards that affect the voting outcome and play some pillow fort. Ghostly Prison , Propaganda , Collective Restraint , Glacial Chasm , and Sphere of Safety are all great cards for that purpose. I also think you should play a bit more counter magic, stuff like Arcane Denial so that you tell them no and give them a slap on the ass at the same time! Honestly some spells will resolve and destroy your boardstate so it's worth playing a few. I also think that Path to Exile , Swords to Plowshares , and Anguished Unmaking are pretty relevant to deal with cards that are indestructible.
Also here are some fun political cards I used that you may like.
- Deadly Designs
- Duelist's Heritage
- Orzhov Advokist
- Curse of Bloodletting
- Curse of Disturbance
- Curse of Misfortunes
- Curse of Opulence
- Curse of Shallow Graves
- Curse of Stalked Prey
- Curse of the Forsaken
- Curse of Thirst
- Curse of Vengeance
Also Humility + Forcefield is a great combo for pillow fort I forgot about... and Humility is far better than Overwhelming Splendor.
Lastly Greater Auramancy isn't political but... most of your political tools are enchantments so... you could also add Enchanted Evening for shits and giggles.

Upon going through this list, I immediately pulled up a list of Conspiracy 2 commons and uncommons and was not dissapointed. Try things like Death Wind for mana sinks and removal. Marchesa's Decree and Deadly Designs might be out of your price range, but they're both worth considering. The same is true for untap engines Onyx Talisman and Jandor's Saddlebags .
You might want to replace some of the direct damage and lifedrain.
Looks great, can't wait to play against it!
Caerwyn on Any ideas for Xantcha Politics?

For naming a political deck, you can always base it on history or popular culture, rather than current events.
To your actual question, check out some of the other aura - curse cards - there might be some you find worth using.
Darkness is a pretty decent black political card, since you can save an opponent (or yourself) in exchange for a future favour.
Deadly Designs is a fun little card that allows players to work together to remove threats.
Land's Edge is another card that enables your opponents, and comparatively makes you worth keeping alive.
Cards with Will of the Council and Assist might also be worth looking into.
