This deck is a prototype commander deck that is built with cards from the last few sets and the upcoming set. The main premise is to get out vampires (with lifelink possibly) and continuously attack. If you can get out Throne of the God-Pharaoh then you will be in even better shape but either way there are tons of ways to gain life. One benefit to having a high life total,other than being harder to kill, is card:Sanctum of the Sun (tap add X mana where X is your life total) which will allow you to gain tons of health. For instance if you have a high health total (60+) and you use card:Azor's Gateway/card:Sanctum of the Sun you would get ~60 mana to cast Sanguine Sacrament effectively doubling your life. Yes there is a potential infinite combo here, though slow it is infinite (unless you have 1 card in your library than it is repeatable quite fast if you add a draw engine and something to untap).

For instance: Paradox Engine + Sanguine Sacrament + card:Sanctum of the Sun + and a draw engine like Book of Rass is infinite if Sanguine Sacrament is the only card in your deck.
