My take at Circu, Dimir Lobotomist . The deck plays like lantern control where we get to choose what are opponent draws into. We have tons of tutors to get the pieces assembled so we can begin to control the game. We have discard effects since opponents will have a couple of turns before we assemble all of the pieces and removal to get rid of cards already on the board. This is a more budget version since I cannot afford some of the more expensive tutors at the moment.
