I've been in love the Hapatra's playstyle since she was first spoiled so I decided to finally get around to building a Commander deck just for her. The goal of this deck isn't to jank people out with Infect (there are much better Commanders for Infect out there) but rather to sneak Hapatra through consistently so we can go wide with Snakes and then either sacrifice them for value or keep the board controlled until we can grind our opponents to death with our big Green creatures backed up by Black recursion.

I've done my best to keep the budget razor-thin, kicking out almost every card over $1 out unless I already owned a copy or it was absolutely essential to the deck. I would love to hear your suggestions, though please keep the budget in mind. Thanks in advance!
