Ascend (If you control ten or more permanents, you get the city's blessing for the rest of the game.)
All creatures get -2/-2 until end of turn. If you have the city's blessing, instead only creatures your opponents control get -2/-2 until end of turn.
Golden Demise Discussion

The problem that your deck have is that it is a Tier1 deck, and is harder to make good suggestions.
But I have suggestions!
Cry of the Carnarium in the sideboard instead of Golden Demise , because normally you use this cards against aggro decks, and if you cast one of that cards fast to stop your aggro oponent, it is difficult for you to have the City's Blessing, and I think that is best exile your opponent's creatures just in case they use something to reanimate them.
I hope I help you,

If you must, I guess you could keep your Coat of Arms , or maybe a Door of Destinies , or even a Marton Stromgald ; but I think they all are "win more" cards. Instead, let's put in an Eldrazi Monument! Indestructible flying rats is game over real quick. So you have to sac a rat occasionally, "que, sera, sera".
Now it's gonna get real fun. Since you've got a poop-ton of rats, using Ashnod's Altar will let you really utilize Grenzo's flip into play ability. If you have haste, you could then sac a few rats, play Patriarch's Bidding , and flip the rest of your mana into more rats. and Voila, game over dude.
Onto your destruction package. Just one card here, Crypt Rats ! A much more selective boardwipe, and it's on theme. You could also go with Pestilence , Toxic Deluge , or Golden Demise . Pretty much any amount of rats will survive the damage.
Now for the "Coup de Resistance". You do a big flip, after maybe an altar sacrifice, and let's say you don't have haste, but with all the rats that come out, guess what else pops up: Gray Merchant of Asphodel !
Now that's, if not "Game Over", a real big life swing.

Ah! A volunteer from the audience! Come, come and take the stage! You see, the Price of Fame is ever present here, although your suggestion of a Golden Demise sounds like quite a sweeping act! Patsy, axe the Blade Juggler ! She's far too expensive! What? Yes of COURSE I mean literally!
Thank you, my good-natured volunteer! I look forward to seeing you at another show!

I honestly would try to make the deck more control focused in the early game and then switch to beating them to death with your flying demons with trample later in the game. So this would mean having cards like Moment of Craving , Lava Coil , Bedeck / Bedazzle , Ritual of Soot , Golden Demise , Vraska's Contempt , and Bedevil to keep the opponents board under control. Cards like Scorchmark , Bladebrand , and Undercity's Embrace are not the cards you are going to want to use because, well quite frankly they aren't very good. Bladebrand is effectively a 2 for 1 trade for an opponent's creature at the cost of your own. Sure it draws you a card but you used 2 cards when one would suffice. Do you want card draw or removal? Scorchmark is just a worse Lava Coil . Undercity's Embrace can be alright but The Eldest Reborn is just better. Sure embrace can be used earlier but what do you need to kill early on that requires the opponent to sacrifice it? Carnage Tyrant ? Well, that doesn't typically come out on turn three anyways and if it does they've got 3 other creatures to choose from. Bedevil is just a better 3 mana kill spell to put in this spot.
Sorry if that sounded mean/ranty but I really didn't mean it to be, I just think that there are better choices to be made then the ones that are currently in the deck. I'm glad someone is trying to do a demon deck as I want to do the same, but sadly there just doesn't seem to be enough out there for a tried and true demons focused creature deck. At least in my opinion. I hope this was at least somewhat helpful.

I would say change out 1 Ethereal Absolution for another mill card like Drowned Secrets or Psychic Possession . Also definitely use Cry of the Carnarium instead of Golden Demise if you want to use Kaya's -5.

Why Golden Demise instead of Cry of the Carnarium ? With all the board wipes you might not need it but Consecrate / Consume seems like a good fit Consume is a way to get around hexproof/indestructible and the lifegain can buy you time while Consecrate is a cantripping exile effect. I've worked with a similar premise though focusing more on mill and less on exiling and I've found Mnemonic Betrayal to be an interesting addition. Normally just allowing you to play there best cards but it also exiles there entire graveyard when it comes time to ultimate Kaya.

Fragmentize - Gotta try this, maybe replace abolish with it.
Collective Brutality - Might try
Thoughtseize - I've been thinking about duress-like effects, but it seems . . . underwhelming in 1x3
Linvala, Keeper of Silence - Ain't this kinda of a Silver Bullet? But gotta say, it shuts Grenzo, Arcum, Thrasios, Jace and now Vannifar.
Sadistic Hypnotist - For a sac outlet, he's way too costly, and only as a Sorc.
Iona, Shield of Emeria - Seems fair
Void Winnower - Same as above
Scroll Rack - Combos with Land Tax
Ad Nauseam - I happened to grasp one in another game and it did pretty well. Gotta make room for it.
Leonin Squire - It can be usefull, but with so many sugestions, he's down on my priority list for now.
Lotus Petal - Maybe it can help us with Razaketh Lines.
Weathered Wayfarer - Worth the try.
Mox Diamond - We're on 28 lands, and don't have that many T1/T2 wincons, I fear exiling a land may hurt our long term plans
Mox Opal - We run too few artifacts for it to be reliable
