Hello, everyone! This is The_Spector_1 here, and this is just an idea for a (budget) Blue-Black-Red EDH Deck with lots of spells that cause you (and your opponents) to draw cards, with Nekusar, the Mindrazer as the Commander. As always, feel free to leave any comments regarding this deck!
