There are currently 50 cards restricted in Vintage. The remaining 10 slots in the deck are filled with two Forces and eight lands. There are no duplicate cards in the deck, so it's almost Singleton-legal*.

Win conditions include Karn, Monastery Mentor, Narset plus wheels, unlimited Time Vault activations (with Voltaic Key), and your opponent conceding in disgust.

Sideboard is exclusively for Karn's wish ability, because how could you ever cut anything from the maindeck? In the event Karn has a bad matchup, you can bring some in as Tinker targets.

*Flash is banned in Singleton. For Singleton games, you can move Voltaic Key to the maindeck and add Wurmcoil Engine (or for extra spice, Lutri) to the side.
