This is a Norin Deck I have been working on. I took this list to the shop I play at and went 3-2 so far. I am totally open to suggestions on how to modify it. Essentially, I want to be a super villain.

The deck is full of ways to mess with all kinds of play styles, and its also full of salt. There are a few more cards I could grab to make it more efficient, and I will do so eventually. This isn't even this decks final form!!!

Generel Strategy: Mulligan if you don't have some early game stuff you can do. Ideally you would begin the game with two lands and tome of legends in your hand. As each time Norin runs away and comes back you'll uptick the page counter on it, which will allow you to keep drawing. Other 1 drops in the starting hand are also ideal.

Big time plays: Anytime confusion in the ranks comes out things will get interesting. You'll likely be able to steal a creature at the end step of each players turn. Your opponents will literally be confused about what to do. It's like watching 3 people try to solve a puzzle together. Especially if enchantment removal is low in your meta like it is at my shop.

Risky move works in a similar way - just always elect to give Norin away. Don't worry he'll be back.

If you can get possibility storm out, things get really interesting. Say good bye to having most of your stuff countered or destroyed. As your opponents will have to pray to the heart of the cards to be able to do the play they intended.

With only two X(cost) spells in the deck and an average cmc of 3.7, you might be wondering why all the ramp? Well, with our pseudo-card advantage pieces such as Vance's Blasting Cannons   and Outpost Siege , you'll need extra mana around to be able to cast what get's exiled there, otherwise they're gone forever.

This build does run a LOT of hate effects, but that's kinda the point. Shut down extra turn builds with Strangle Hold - Shut down multicolored decks with Blood Moon , Blood Sun and Magus of the Moon . Ruin the entire board state with Warp World Shank the combo player with Teferi's Puzzle Box MIll the whole table any time your stuff enters with Altar of the Brood
