I wanted to explore the storyline of Tarkir Block, so I made a Commander deck for each of the five Clans. This is my Mardu deck, for which I chose Alesha, Who Smiles at Death as the Commander. This deck relies on fast swarms of creatures, most of them Warriors, and is designed to be on the offensive at all times - the creatures even often substitute for direct damage and destruction spells. There is Tribal support for Dragons and Warriors in the deck as well. Most of the cards that I used are from Tarkir Block, a notable exception being Oros, the Avenger, who was included because all ten of my E.D.H. decks feature their appropriate and iconic Legendary Numot, the Devastator.
