A basic mill deck that I've been constantly updating with more and more stuff.The objective of this deck is to mill your opponent(s) for an insane amount of cards and then either copy those graveyard cards, buff creatures that depend on number of cards in graveyard, or create 2/2 zombies for every creature card in the graveyard.

Obviously Lazav, Dimir Mastermind copies all creatures in opponents graveyard, but thats not the only outlet for copy. Cards like Dimir Doppelganger and Havengul Lich copy cards in any graveyard. Except Doppelganger is able to exile the copied card so that the opponent is not allowed to bring them back. Dark Impostor has a pseudo copy ability where he can copy the activated abilities of all cards he exiles. Stolen Identity allows to copy an artifact or creature already out, which could then copy Lazav or Doppelganger for more options as to what to copy.

Now for the blunt of the deck, mill cards.

Sorceries, Instants, and Enchantments:

The big ones to look out for are in order of greatest to least: 1. Traumatize 2. Startled Awake   3. Dread Summons and Mind Grind 4. Talent of the Telepath 5. Tome Scour. I've decided that Dread Summons and Mind Grind are on the same level because while Dread summons can get you zombies, Mind grind can get alot more cards milled out because of the increased chance of finding a set number of lands.

the next few sorceries are: 1. Dreadwaters 2. Compelling Argument 3. Whispering Madness 4. Extract from Darkness 5. Psychic Strike 6. Navigator's Ruin

Extract from Darkness is a good card for taking control of creatures in the graveyard. More on this later.

Planeswalkers

I've chosen Liliana Vess and Jace, Memory Adept because Liliana gains immediate tutor and Jace can mill top 10 cards right off the bat. Also Liliana's ult can be beneficial to gaining a ton of creatures.

Creatures

There are many creatures in this deck that help mill your opponent(s) but the best cards are 1. Phenax, God of Deception 2. Nemesis of Reason 3. Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker 4. Consuming Aberration Combos like Consuming Aberration + Phenax, God of Deception allow for a mill combo that can go to the extremes. However, once you mill one opponent into losing, then Consuming Aberration loses a lot of its power, not that it matters, considering that the rest of the players would have milled alot of cards already. Undead Alchemist helps this engine by creating zombies every time a creature gets milled from the library. and enchanting Aqueous Form onto Consuming Aberration will guarantee insane damage for the win. And if that doesn't kill them, then Mindcrank will allow for more mill to boost your Aberration even more.
