I should clarify that the whole point of the deck was to make the unlikeliest deck+commander pairing. It had nothing to with being good, it only had to win one game, and it did. Obviously, better could be done with Horde of Notions that's why I made a proper elementals deck for it.

A needlessly complicated combo deck. The idea is generally to use Conspiracy to make all cards in the deck spirits and use Ashes of the Fallen to make the graveyard elementals, then use Iname, Death Aspect to put pretty much all creatures in the graveyard, or at least Necrotic Ooze, Thornling, Devoted Druid, Quillspike and, if Door of Destinies or Cathars' Crusade are in play, Composite Golem. Composite Golem provides the amount of mana it requires to bring itself back so if you have either the Door or the Crusade out, you can make your creatures arbitrarily large using Composite Golem + Door of Destinies or Cathars' Crusade + Composite Golem . I use Death Aspect as a kind of tutor, because so long as you have the two type modifiers, Horde of Notions combines nicely allowing you to play whatever. Of course, you won't always get Iname or the Ashes or Conspiracy, and so I put in Fauna Shaman to allow me to get creatures into my graveyard in preparation for the Ooze. That combo, Devoted Druid + Necrotic Ooze + Quillspike or just Devoted Druid + Quillspike , should be pretty self explanatory, Necrotic Ooze takes the abilities of Devoted Druid to tap for mana and -1/-1 counters, and then removes them from itself for +3/+3 per counter using the mana generated. The deck works better than I had expected it to, but should you decide to play it yourself, beware the graveyard hate; I think it pretty much kills this deck. I don't think things get much more senselessly complicated. The deck focuses on green and black mana, there's fairly little of the others. If you have a Progenitus, I highly recommend tossing him in, he doesn't fit too well, but is hilarious when he's being found with Fauna Shaman and cheated in for 3 using Belbe's Portal.
