Harry Huberty's (aka @cutefuzzy_'s) Isperia the Inscrutable "flying tribal" Commander deck (with special guests Ephara and Dreamscape Artist).

This is a casual deck I tossed together on a whim, but it's proven fun to play, so I've kept it together. On the other hand, I've never felt especially motivated to maximize it, and I've also tried to keep the power level toned down a bit. That hopefully explains the omissions of some cards that would obviously be very good in this deck (e.g. Draining Whelk, Windreader Sphinx, Pride of the Clouds, Mulldrifter ).
