If you have Brago already then consider making him your tribal Spirits Commander? If you're going for tribal Spirits then blue is where you want to be because Azorius has actual Spirit tribal cards. With Spirits you can't take the most advantage of Brago's blink, but there's still some good interactions:

Of course there's other powerful interactions with Brago's blink that are not Spirits, but are fine support cards for Spirits:

Spirit Bonds seems quite good with Brago. Each time you blink a nontoken creature you can pay to create a Spirit token. Since Brago can blink a lot of your creatures each turn Bonds can be a white mana sink to potentially make lots of Spirit tokens. With Bonds you can protect nonSpirit creatures from nonexile removal with Spirits.

The section on mana ramp is spot on. I would add a not about the new Mox Amber but it isn't as good as other options. Both Vessel of Endless Rest and Commander's Sphere are searchable with Trophy Mage which can be an extra point in their favor.

Under card draw you have Induced Amnesia twice.

I would mention Tower Geist as an option. The card draw can be good and it gets better with graveyard recursion. Can be searched with Recruiter of the Guard.

Skyblinder Staff makes Brago hit more often. I added this after Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite started to see more play in my local meta.

Cloudform and Lightform I can never sing the prais to highly on these in Brago. Manifesting the top of the library then returning it face up later if it's a permanent is amazing value. Of the two Cloudform is better but they are both good.

Illusionist's Stratagem, Peregrine Drake, and Archeomancer give near infinite draws and mana. though I don't suggest it unless you have a lot of creatures. Ghostly Flicker is better I think.

Champion of Wits is a great way to cycle through your deck and can come back as a 4/4 token if it is in the grave.

Unesh, Criosphinx Sovereign can make sphinx tribal work.

Fall of the Thran is the best Armageddon we have ever had in my mind. Every turn we can destroy all lands and during ours we get two back. I might change my mind after more testing but it has helped me win every fnm I took it too since it's release.

In my EDH decks that have a clear win con I'm going for, I tend to throw in creatures that help dig, like Sea Gate Oracle, and Tower Geist. They aren't gonna do much but block once they are down, but they are bodies on the field, and they dig.

You are off to a good start for a sliver deck, but as an Animar deck it could be improved upon. Generally Animar runs about 60 creatures, almost every card possible is a creature to synergize with him. You can replace a bunch of the non creatures with creature cards that do similar things. For card draw, mana dorks, and removal use cards like Tower Geist, Regal Force, Raven Familiar, Somberwald Sage, Rattleclaw Mystic, Birds of Paradise, Man-o'-War, Flametongue Kavu, Duplicant, etc. I don't have an animar deck any more but it often went infinite with Ancestral Statue bouncing itself or kiki/twin + Pestermite or Cloudstone Curio + 2x eldrazi. Shrieking Drake can self bounce to pump animar. Morphs are great because face down they count as a 3 cmc colorless creature. What makes these decks tier one is mana dorks to help cast Animar turn 2, infinite combos, and the top notch creature tutor power possible in green. If you lean in that direction it might help you in your new more competitive playgroup. Happy gathering!
