Venser's Journal, Tablet of the Guilds, Basilica Guards, Basilica Screecher, and Syndic of Tithes are all worthy inclusions. Some cards to consider cutting would be Razaketh's Rite, Deep Analysis (it's not really helping you with your gameplan- not what you want for four mana), Merciless Eviction (it's basically Wrath of God in our meta), Overrule, and Zur the Enchanter (most of your enchantments aren't really worth including Zur as JUST a tutor).

Player's life totals can't change.
If damage, a spell, or an ability would cause a player to lose life, that player puts that many cards into their library instead.
If a spell or ability would cause a player to gain life, that player draws that many cards instead.
Would make Overrule into a version of Sphinx's Revelation, and make the latter even better.
I'd like to see another character shut down a fundamental aspect of the game.

Demarge I agree with the addition of Ethereal Armor , Conclave Tribunal , and Hyena Umbra and you made a good point about Overrule needing to be gone but personally I dislike soft counters (I must have been on some form of crack when i added Overrule) so I did make the change and added Absorb in place of it. Also I feel as if Bruna, Light of Alabaster even for a 6 drop still has a place because it can make use of any auras that get sent to hell by exile. Most of what you recommended has been implemented into the deck but the color blue adds so much to the deck that it wouldn't feel as good if it was cut. Also i made it only run basic lands not only for the pricing but to avoid anything entering tapped. Thanks for the help and feedback I truly appreciate it.

Hello Stax-Friend!
You have more than one copy of the following card: Aura of Silence
I think these cards will be trouble for you, their cost is too high evenfor grand arbiter reduction cost:
Iona, Shield of Emeria, in order to play her, you need, in my opinion, at least a good pillow fort in order to survive the hate.
Approach of the Second Sun is not ideal, unless you have a game plan focused on it.
The extra turn cards you intend to run are too heavy for the deck. You should add more mana rocks.
I've been playing with Augustin for a while, all I can say is, you need more defense and stax. You have plenty, but you could have more. I am not the best player, my deck is always changing from time to time, and I run two combos in order to achieve complete lock down of my opponents resources.
What else can I suggest ?
Overrule Add the cards of the following categories in your maybeboard: Instant enchantment (abuse Solemnity with things like the blue decree or phyrexian unlife) planeswalker (now only go this route if you remove The Immortal Sun)

Here's what's going on. I'm planning on making jund -1/-1 counter deck. If I have Soul-Scar Mage out and I use Puncture Blast would that trigger soul scar's effect. or thanks to the wither Puncture Blast has on it Overrule soul scar?
