This deck is all about casting bad cards and then giving them to opponents or exchanging them for your opponents' things.

Zedruu the Greathearted is the most common commander for this archetype, but I think Dimir gives you a lot that you can't get in Jeskai colors. Basically, blue gives you ways to give your stuff away, and black gives you stuff to give. In particular, black gives you a lot of bad cards that would cause you to lose the game but can be used to cause your opponents to lose the game instead by giving them to them.

There are also some group hug cards that don't care who controls them.

Looks fun, and it's budget-friendly.
