I made this deck for my buddy Adam. I wanted to put Balance in it, but unfortunately it's banned in EDH. However, it fits the theme perfectly, keeping creature and draw strategies in check while we optimize our control from the gy. Chromium isn't super easy to build for, but I think this deck has some basic ideas in place to slow down the opponent until the dragon can emerge.

If anybody has any tips or other strategies, please let me know!
