Thassa, God of Aggro (budget)

Duel Commander* Aggro Budget Mono-Blue

NotSoLuckyLydia

Thassa small creature aggro, with lots of fun combat buffs.

Why should you play this deck:

-If you like to attack with small creatures.

-If you mostly play 1v1 games.

-If you're tired of playing controll-y blue decks.

Why you shouldn't play this deck:

-If you prefer controlling blue decks.

-If you generally play multiplayer.

-If you don't like playing weak creatures that can easily lose in defensive combat.

Non-budget acquisitions

-Better equipment. All the swords of X and Y, Jitte, Batterskull, and Manriki-Gusari . The swords and Jitte are powerful sources of card and board advantage, Batterskull is a powerful creature, and Manriki-Gusari is a powerful anti-equipment card to destroy your voltron playing friends.

-Merfolk Tribe subtheme. Merfolk have a lot of positive synergy with Thassa, in that most good ones have UU in their mana cost. Look at any merfolk list in modern or legacy to get a list of the good lords.
