A deck focused on cards that work politically. As the name suggests, Council's Dilemma and Will of the Council are two mechanics that I use hard. Past that, the goal is to get other players fight each other.

The vote spells and creatures are supported in part by Panharmonicon and part by the recursion that black and white offer to my deck. The Vows will keep people from being able to attack me, and the Howling Mine, Jace, and the various Join Forces cards will hopefully keep them from wanting to.

I'm considering Merieke Ri Berit as a better commander than Oloro. Sen Triplets too, but they might make me a bit of a target.

An interaction I am quite interested in is Illusion of Choice + Isochron Scepter since at the very least it is 2 mana to draw a card every turn. Or it could be completely relevant
