Most of my edits were to swap cards I did not have to cards I did, and to modify the list for a less competitive meta, namely playing against actual edh lists, but not at cEDH level.

Combos: Ghostly Flicker + Peregrine Drake + Archaeomancer/Mnemonic Wall/Salvager of Secrets. Generates infinite mana, with Tatyova in play, can then flicker archaeomancer and a land to draw into game enders.

High Tide + Mystic Sanctuary(with enough islands) + Tatyova, Benthic Druid + Ghostly Flicker targeting mystic sanctuary and another island. High tide makes your two islands tap for for total blue mana, flicker both, put ghostly flicker on top of deck, then draw it with tatyova's trigger, drawing an extra card off the other land, gaining two life. Repeat until you have game enders in hand.

Tatyova, Benthic Druid + Mystic Sanctuary(with enough islands) + Tidal Bore + Llanowar Scout/Sakura-Tribe Scout/Scaled Herbalist/Skyshroud Ranger/Walking Atlas. Cast tidal bore on Llanowar Scout by returning Mystic Sanctuary to hand, tap scout to put sanctuary into play, putting tidal bore on top of deck, then drawing it with tatyova's trigger. Generates infinite blue mana (from tapping mystic sanctuary during the loop), and infinite life from Tatyova's trigger.

Game Enders: once a loop for infinite mana is assembled, Capsize will effectively end the game, bouncing all opponents' permanents. to fully win, Compulsive Research or Deep Analysis can be looped with Ghostly Flicker + double Archaeomancer/Mnemonic Wall/Salvager of Secrets to return both the draw spell and the ghostly flicker, forcing each opponent to draw every card in their deck then more, losing.
