Human/Soldier Tribal..

There was a controversy surrounding the Walking Dead x Secret Lair when it was first announced, and it was due to the (SLD)-only printing of unique & powerful cards, as this was the first time that it had happened. This controversy reached a fever-pitch around the time the RC confirmed the cards to be EDH-legal, well ahead of it's release. It was at this point that I decided to order one, and (eventually) build a functional EDH deck for each of all 5 TWD characters. The first one that I tackled is arguably the most powerful Human Lord ever printed...

Rick, Steadfast Leader

The "Steadfast" former Sheriff is clearly the most popular (and therefore expensive) of the 6 TWD cards, and it is easy to see why. Whether in the Command Zone, or in the 99, deputy Rick Grimes is an extremely powerful Tribal Lord on another level. While technically more EDH decks have been made around Negan, Rick is the one & only of the quintet that sees any play in contructed/Eternal formats (Vintage & Legacy) as well... and that is why Rick costs 5x more than Negan..
