Right now, the main idea is to build towards repeatable landfall, have counters for bad stuff, and hopefully draw into a big play like Liege of the Tangle. I mostly dropped a "sacrifice elemental" theme that a previous version of this had and have moved towards "ways to stay alive to make big plays". A friend (wegotdahooch in the comments) has his own version that works much, much better than this one due to its theme of "small elementals" and "bounce Omnath to headshot people". Different strokes for different folks - but if this one ain't letting me swim, then I'll change it more.
