Intends to take advantage of Zevlor's copying ability by significantly increasing the value of single-target spells. Turns cantrips like peek or gitaxian probe into 3-mana draw 3's with bonus effects, and turns targeted removal into tiny board wipes. Cruel Ultimatum is just downright cruel. The deck doesn't have it's own win conditions but rather seeks to appropriate them from the rest of the table using cards like clone legion and Eternal Dominion. Cards like Worst Fears and Jeska's Will become surprisingly effective bomb spells.

The general plan of the deck is to stay alive until it can begin copying heavy-hitting cards like Clone Legion with Zevlor. Because of this strategy, the deck can lean heavily into cheap creatures/tokens and targeted removal, since it simply borrows other decks' win conditions from them. Most creatures are cheap creatures that churn out tokens when spells are cast, but some also enable more efficient spell-slinging. Guttersnipe and Electrostatic Field serve as smaller threats that can rack up heavy damage over time and thus will draw removal away from Zevlor. Kess can enable recursive spellcasting, the two bracers and twinning staff can allow for additional copies from Zevlor's ability, and Arcane Bombardment is just plain silly.

The maybeboard contains a bunch of potential additions that are either situational, expensive, or cards that I think I own and want to include, but need to check up on. The most notable inclusion here is the combo of Professor Onyx and Fury Storm, a two-card setup that can go infinite and win the game instantly.

I haven't bothered balancing lands yet, so I just threw a bunch of basics in the list.
