This deck is a light stax deck with the main engine being equipment. Nahiri's planeswalker ability allows you to bring equipment back from the graveyard, so even if your equipment is remove it can be brought back. When creating soldiers with Nahiri, you can equip items for free. This deck is designed to survive board wipes because the equipment stays on the battlefield, and nahiri can quickly create more soldier tokens. The stax elements were added to slow down blue control decks to force them to play at the pace of this deck.
