Mutate is a weird and fun mechanic with a narrow card pool. That means a mutate deck needs to be at least three colors, but probably four or five if you don't want to include every mutate card in a deck's colors just to make it work.

One problem with mutate, like an auras deck, is putting all your eggs in one basket. One advantage mutate has, however, is that if you copy a mutated creature, it comes with all the mutations. The best creature for this, as many know, is Scute Swarm, but there are several other creatures that make copies of themselves. This deck contains most of those creatures.

It also comes with two commanders, both of which are decent mutate targets.

Because mutate is so janky, this is also a budget deck. Looks fun and worth a try for the price.
