These are some cards I've quickly thrown together trying to get kind of a reanimator deck. Mikaeus offers a huge combo potential on top.

As you see I focused on creatures that are easy to get back like Bloodghast and Nether Traitor or creatures with ETBs or leave the battlefield triggers like Soul Snuffers and Mindslicer. My sac outs and all my creatures try to keep control of my opponents.

Some neat interactions:

• Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Lingering Tormentor / Puppeteer Clique with any sac out goes infinite
• Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Soul Snuffers and a possibility to get rid of them seems to be funny - even more with Retribution of the Ancients
• Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Cauldron of Souls = immortal creatures for one turn
• Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Mindless Automaton = draw

As you see my combos highly depend on Mike, therefore I run a big amount of reanimation spells.
