This deck takes advantage of the infect/wither effects to draw cards, giving the opponent the choice of 1. don't block and receive poison or 2. block and let you draw cards/weaken their creature. this deck is very durable to board wipes as the commander comes back into your hand if it dies and his draw ability will trigger on wrath effects to all creatures with -1/-1 counters, The scorpion god is the biggest value engine in the deck therefore your creatures don't matter just commander. Now rakdos in terms of proliferate effects is short so there is an expedition map to find your best proliferate card in the deck which is karn's bastion. the fact that it is a land and casual format means it most likely will never get removed or there will be normally better targets for it. this is a casual deck by the fact it doesn't ramp that much, the reason being this deck thrives off of your opponents playing creatures so you can apply pressure and gain card draw. when you do have proliferate effects in play the planeswalkers will also help your value engine and can more often than not use their ultimate ability, Personally I have had 4 times where zariel/liliana DR have ulted not once but twice or more in a single game, due to constant creatures on board because if they are wiped or die scorpion god normally draws you a fresh hand of creatures to replace.

This deck will perform well vs agro, stax, control(when more than 2 opponents), voltron, big creatures. This deck does horribly vs storm, artifact, enchantress, super friends due to lack of creatures to draw off and they will have removal that can keep your commander from returning to hand.
