Began as a budget standard casual+ EDH Hapatra deck with some extras at home from Meren et al (Eldrazi monument, Ashnod's, doubling season, pararell lives and lands amongst other things). Infinity combos are kinda banned at the table I'm currently playing at so some home-rules are used, but it's quite easy to go infinite with bloatfly infestation, hapatra and any -1/-1 counter.

And yes, I have Fynn, the fangbearer in sideboard because the board doesn't enjoy poison counters :P

Could honestly just go standard lands and remove all cards above 11$ and still go bonkers since honestly, Hapatra is such a value generator it's stupid sometimes lol.

A few cards that can be substituted for a lower cost:

Mikaeus, mostly used just cause I want to actually use it in play for once, and the undying is nice for enter the battle effects.

Nykthos and Phyrexian Tower. They're nice, but not necessary at all

Abrupt Decay and Assassin's Trophy. Nice to have since it's permanent removal, but most of the time we have other sources for that and Krosan's grip is honestly a better alternative.

Eldrazi Monument. I have it because it's something that has just been in my collection collecting dust.

Doubling season and parallel lives. At the time when you cast these spells you're probably in such a good condition you won't need them. Nice to have, very strong effects but not a must and why are they getting more expensive by the week!?

That's a few dollars cut out that can be spent on cards such as Ichor Rats if you're into poison, reanimate/animate dead for resurgance, Hex Parasite, Plaguemaw beast, Autumn's Veil to protect your castings, dark ritual, Heroic Intervention to protect, Nature's Claim, more sac card draw, thought vessel, reliquary tower, Whispersilk cloak which I have missplaced etc.
