This is a build in process inspired by the MTGA starter (standard) deck Golgari Swarm and LRRMTG's Alex' deck FNPF Dec 13 $20 challenge. Centered around the Undergrowth mechanic. It's my very first commander build, so advice is very welcome. Low budget build.
