The goal of this deck is to generate tokens and to punish opponents for these token's eventual deaths. These uses include: Going wide with tokens for attacks and blocks, sacrificing the tokens to trigger abilities of other cards, or to take advantage of ETB triggers for more control with cards like Aura Shards. This deck is also light on lands/mana rocks because there are multiple ways to turn the creatures in this deck into mana sources with Song of Freyalise or Crytpolith Rite.

Key Combos:

1) Whisper, Blood Liturgist + Wurmcoil Engine or Trostani's Summoner or Conclave Cavalier

A lot of creatures in this deck create tokens when they either die or enter the battlefield, and Whisper takes advantage of that to essentially allow for a free revive whenever a key creature dies. Wurmcoil Engine and Conclave Cavalier are the best uses of this card, as their abilities both create two tokens upon death, which means that Whisper can immediately bring them back to the battlefield even if there were no creature tokens before. Its also worth noting that Teysa Karlov allows for the tokens to be doubled since they are abilities that triggered upon death.

2) Harsh Sustenance

It's a token deck, you can guess why I would have this card in here.

3) Midnight Guard + Presence of Gond

This combo allows for infinite tokens to be created as long as Midnight Guard is enchanted by Presence of Gond.
