The deck is based around putting -1/-1 counters on creatures and drawing cards off of your commander. Rakdos doesn't really have any form of card draw mechanics, and Wizards have allowed the idea of one and i find it to be quite powerful. It includes an infect idea as well. Any suggestions that you would like to make will be greatly appreciated.
