This deck looks to punish your opponents on both the discard and draw portion of "wheel effects" while controlling the board with removal and lock effects.

Some other "painful" things tossed in just to make normal game actions like playing lands (Ankh), tapping them (mana barbs) and playing spells (Quandry and Izzy Parun) equally as deadly for your opponents.
